The purchase of an original painting will not give the right to the buyer to sell, modify, transfer, reproduce or profit (royalties). The buyer has the right to resell the original painting with the conditions being transferable. Every original will come with a certificate of authenticity (COA). This certificate should be included in the sale of the product. The artist retains all royalties, commissions and copyrights.
